If item arrives damaged or is not working, customers should contact us by email to sales@sinbury.co.uk for return material authorization within 7 days of the order being received.
1. Before returning, Customers must first provide as many details as possible, including a clear Photo of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging, Detailed Description of the issue, Order Number, Full Name, Phone Number.
2. After verifying all the required information, we will either provide a replacement or a full refund, depending upon your requirement.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new conditions within 14 days of the order being received, you can simply return and refund. Please note customers are responsible for returning shipping fee. We will provide a refund (shipping fee excluded) after receiving the items you returned. The items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund.
Any refund will be handled in 5 days after we received and check well the items you returned. You will get your money back to your original payment account within 45 days.
Please carefully check the contents and the weight of the parcel before signing it. For any issues, please contact our customer service with the information below:
1. Email us with your order number and the product (item number).
2. Please send us the clear pictures of the outer packaging, the shipping label, weight of the package and the item you receive.
- For missing items, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
- For the wrong items or incorrect package sent, we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available).
We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility. Furthermore, if the product has been damaged in any way by the customer we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return.
We are not responsible for manufacturer’s product defects or warranties. Some manufacturers do require the warranty card that is included in the package in order to process the warranty service. Please do not dispose of the packaging contents immediately.
Please note that we will not accept returns on the following items, opened or used, and therefore NON-RETURNABLE: e-liquids, open cartridges, replacement coils, drip tips, replacement glasses, atomizers / tanks, and rechargeable batteries.
